Return and Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We offer a 2-day exchange policy, allowing you to exchange your product within 2 days of receiving it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale Items and Gift Cards:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
